A very high profile 74m private MY is on the search for an experienced bosun to join their program for an immediate start in the Caribbean.
The Bosun will run a team of 4 deckhands and should have sufficient tender captain skills
The vessel operates a 43’ chase tender that often runs with a stand-alone captain.
After the Caribbean season the vessel will cross back to Europe for the summer
The Ideal Candidate
· Yachtmaster / master 200gt minimum
· Previous Bosun experience on vessels 50m+
· Longevity on previous yachts
· Effective management style (non-aggressive)
· Excellent tender driving skills
· Looking to progress to OOW
· Water sports experience
· Available for an immediate start
· STCW/ Seafarer Medical
