Description: We are looking for a flexible hands on captain. Someone that has his team ready to go without advanced plans. It will be important to always be ready to go. The ideal candidate is a team player with a minimum of 3+ years experience on similar sized yachts. It is not heavily used so there is adequate down time. Working well with the other rotational captain is key. Both should agree to work similar so the crew stays balanced.
Owner lives close by in S. Florida so often drops by.
