We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary team aboard a 65m motor yacht based in the Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing a diverse menu that meets the dietary preferences and requirements of guests and crew. You will oversee kitchen operations, ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, manage inventory, and collaborate with a team of 17 crew members. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-volume cooking, a strong understanding of international cuisines, and the ability to adapt menus based on available ingredients.
