We are seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join a 65m motor yacht for a permanent contract. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving daily meals for the crew, accommodating various dietary restrictions while ensuring a diverse and nutritious menu. Your tasks will include creating weekly menus, coordinating with the head chef for provisioning, and maintaining galley hygiene and safety standards in accordance with maritime regulations. You will also manage food supplies and budget for crew meals, while collaborating with the galley and interior teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong culinary training, excellent time management skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment. A solid understanding of international cuisines and a maritime food hygiene certification are essential.
