Winch Yacht Recruitment are currently looking for a solid Bosun to join a 40m MY based out of San Diego. The vessel is currently in the shipyard, so the successful candidate will be based in a no expense crew house with the rest of the crew. The vessel is mainly used out of San Diego but does venture further afield. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years yachting experience behind them already, with ideally 1 of them full years as Bosun onboard a similar sized vessel. You must have solid experience in all sorts of tenders, and have good references to back that you have the leadership capabilities along with strong team work ability to fit in well onboard. The salary for this position is not negotiable, so if you are looking for more then this is probably not for you. Also, applying with 5 to 6 boats on your cv over 3 years will not get your cv looked at. Some loyalty needs to be visible. Thankyou
