Winch Yacht Recruitment is honoured to advertise this new years treat of a position for an experienced Head Chef. This 100m MY is currently looking for a Head Chef that has a minimum of 4 years yachting experience, 2 of which must be onboard vessels of a similar size. On top of this, the clients have asked for a strong background within Michelin Star line of work. The owners are very easy going in most areas, but when it comes to their food onboard it MUST be of the highest standards at all times. Presentation and taste must both be provided as close to perfection as possible, as they have many guests that join them onboard throughout the year. There are 2 other sous chefs onboard to help you in all areas, one of who's expertise is in the chocolatier department and comes in very handy for the owners sweet tooth as so to speak. All of the crew onboard are very helpful when help is needed, and there is never a sense of feeling that asking for it is to much. This stems from a very experienced disciplined captain onboard, who makes sure that these standards trickle down to the rest of the crew. On offer is a very fair package that will be looked at each year depending on the loyalty shown to the vessel.
