Owner LOVES Thai and Vietnamese cuisine – so you must be a MASTER in these styles.
MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER WITH THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- Team player, drama free.
- Experienced and confident with remote provisioning for extended periods of time at sea and anchor.
- EXTENSIVE Thai and Vietnamese cuisine skills.
- Outgoing and active - enjoying diving and fishing.
- MUST be skilled in handling and working with FRESH FISH!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- STCW
- ENG 1 or AMSA Medical
ITINERARY: South Pacific and Micronesia.
START DATE: February 2026 – Earlier if possible.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time. 60 days paid leave per year. Lots of time to explore places.
SALARY: USD DOE.
REQUIREMENTS: Male only for cabin arrangements.
