Summary
A 50m+ private motor yacht based in Australia, is looking for a Bosun to start ASAP.
This is a great opportunity for an Australian or New Zealand citizen looking to return home and still work in the yachting industry.
Candidates must hold at a minimum, their STCW, ENG1, Yachtmaster Offshore or AMSA Master 24m, be confident to stand a navigational watch and drive large tenders.
The package includes an attractive salary of $5000 USD DOE plus, 6 weeks annual leave, an annual salary review, bonus and training package at the owners discretion after 1 year on board.
The yacht is currently on the East Coast of Australia and is planning to go to Indonesia and West Papua in the near future.
The ideal candidate will be someone who, is confident with all deck duties, crane operations and have a minimum of 3 years yachting experience. Candidates with diving experience are preferred.
As the yacht is based out of Australia, only candidates with Australian work rights will be considered.
