Summary
Searching for a 2nd OFFICER for this new and challenging project, this large sailing vessel will be on a world tour starting towards the end of 2026.
Therefore we need a solid and avid sailor, with strong deck knowledge, confident in handling slab reefs and overall familiar with big boat maintenance and systems. This position requieres less office time and more hands on, managing a team of 2 deckhands below, you will make sure all safety matters and the overall deck set up is always kept to the highest standards.
Along with this comes a hand full of responsibilities, and paper work diligence of some extent, hence why we are in search of an OOW or someone close to completing it.
Propulsion system for sails and rig, Panamax mast, an environmentally friendly yacht, one of a kind to work and sail on towards exciting destinations off the beaten track. If you have a racing background that will be a plus during the application process.
