Summary
We are looking for a Sole Chef for a 25m+ Private S/Y.
-Permanent position to start mid-January in the Caribbean.
-Itinerary: Dual season, Med for the Summer and Caribbean for the winter.
-Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year experience in the industry. Restaurant background is advantageous.
-The ideal candidate will be confident providing the owner with high standard of food, plating and overall experience.
-You should be comfortable with Fusion/Mediterranean, healthy and fresh cuisine.
-Candidates should be open to teamwork and happy to assist when needed.
-Total of 5 mixed nationality crew onboard.
-Should be fluent in English.
-Non-smoking vessel.
Salary DOE with a standard MLC SEA.
