Lead Deckhand in Antigua & Barbuda

Summary

We are looking for a TEMP Lead Deckhand & 3rd Stew Couple for a 45m+ Private/Charter.

-Permanent position to start the end of January until the end of March in the Caribbean.

-Itinerary: Caribbean for the winter. Summers TBC.

-The position could turn permanent for the right couple.

-The Lead Deckhand should have good tender driving skills and be proficient with all deck duties.

-The 3rd Stew needs to be confident with all aspects of the interior.

-Experience in similar roles as a couple is preferred.

-Total of 12 mixed nationality crew onboard with 4 on the deck and 4 on the interior.

-B1 Visa essential.

-Non-smoking vessel.

-Should be fluent in English

Salary DOE with a standard MLC SEA

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RYA Yachtmaster Offshore
