We are seeking an experienced and confident Relief Captain for a 53m Motor Yacht cruising the Caribbean & Bahamas. Strong charter background and proven leadership skills are essential.
???? Contract Periods:
???? End January – End March 2026 (2 months)
???? June – July 2026 (2-month contract)
???? Salary:
€20,000 per month
MLC Contract
???? Required Experience & Qualifications:
✔ Master 3000GT minimum (Unlimited preferred)
✔ Charter experience is mandatory
✔ Previous cruising experience in Caribbean/Bahamas
✔ Full ISM & MMV experience
✔ Proficient with Voly
✔ Strong leadership with excellent crew management skills
This position is ideal for a highly capable Captain with charter expertise, a hands-on leadership style, and the ability to deliver an exceptional program to both guests and crew.
