An exceptional opportunity has opened for an experienced Captain (Master 3000GT minimum) to take the helm of a prestigious 43m private vessel. This is a full-time, single-season position, based in the South of France for the winter.
The yacht runs with 10 professional crew during the busy summer season. You will be working for warm, respectful, and genuinely appreciative owners who value a well-run vessel and a happy team.

Requirements:
- Master 3000GT minimum
- MMV knowledge ( essential )
- Voly platform experience
- Strong ISM knowledge and familiarity with safety & compliance protocols
- Additional technical, engineering, or navigational skills are considered a strong plus
- Proven leadership ability and excellent crew-management style
- High guest-service standards and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure
