Summary
We are seeking a strong, confident, and highly skilled Bosun to join our busy 50m private/charter yacht, currently based in Spain. This is a single-season vessel.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Excellent large-chase boat handling skills
• Jet Ski Instructor certification (essential)
• Strong knowledge of Awlgrip and Jotun painting systems
• High-level varnishing experience with Epifanes products
• Proven leadership abilities and confidence managing deck operations
• Ability to train and mentor junior deck crew
• A proactive, reliable, and professional attitude
• Experience leading watches

• Heavy charter use with frequent boss trips
• Busy, hands-on deck role
• Active, team-focused environment with high standards of maintenance and presentation
• Training program for crew provided.
Requirements:
• Valid STCW & ENG1
• Yachtmaster Offshore ( Ocean preferred )
• ECDIS generic ( preferred )
• Charter experience
