Summary
A stunning, newly built private 36m motor yacht is seeking a motivated and professional Stew/Deck to join the team and work closely across both departments. With the Cook/Stew in the interior and the Chief Officer on deck.
The ideal candidate has prior experience on 20–40m yachts, is highly self-motivated, organized, and confident working in a dual position. She is a drama-free team player with a strong work ethic, a “can-do” attitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to transition smoothly between interior and deck duties. A positive, guest-focused approach and confidence in a small, close-knit crew environment are essential.
Start: Early February 2026 • Seasonal position until October 31st, 2026
Package: Salary paid in Euros - DOE, Maltese contract
Responsibilities:
Interior:
- Housekeeping, cabin turn-downs, and daily interior detailing
- Laundry for guests and crew
Interior (with Cook/Stew):
- Table service and guest assistance
- Support with provisioning, organization, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Deck (with Chief Officer):
- Line handling and assistance during maneuvers
- Washdowns, detailing, and general deck maintenance
- Assisting with tender operations (experience beneficial)
- Safe, guest-focused support during water sports and activities
Requirements:
- STCW (Fully Updated) with PDSD
- Seafarer's Medical Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent) valid for a minimum of six months
- Food Safety & Hygiene L2
- Seaman's discharge book
- Valid Passport
- Fluent in English
- Female due to cabin arrangements
