Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated Deckhand/Mate for a 36m private motor yacht operating in the Mediterranean. The successful candidate will lead the deck department, ensuring efficient deck maintenance and effectively managing shipyard work. Strong proficiency in Mini-ISM/ISPS compliance is required, along with confident tender driving skills. This seasonal position, starting on March 1, 2026, offers the potential for a permanent contract after the season. Candidates should possess an STCW certification, a valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent), a seaman's discharge book, and, minimally, an MCA Yacht Rating Certificate.
