Chief Officer/1st Mate in Netherlands

Summary

A newly built private 36m motor yacht is seeking a motivated and professional Chief Officer to join the team!

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, is highly self-motivated, organized, and has strong knowledge of mini ISM, ISPS, navigation, and watchkeeping. Is an excellent tender driver, with strong knowledge of deck maintenance and repairs to oversee the Deck Department, as well as shipyard work.

Start: ASAP • Permanent Maltese contract

Package: Salary paid in Euros - DOE

Requirements:

• STCW (Fully Updated) with PDSD
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent) valid for a minimum of six months
• Seaman's discharge book
• OOW 500
• Valid Passport
• Fluent in English

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Drivers License

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
