Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Captain for a 35m private motor yacht, currently cruising in Greek waters.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent navigational skills, and a commitment to delivering a high standard of service aboard a private vessel.
Requirements
- Previous experience as Captain on similar-sized vessels
- Strong navigational and ship-handling skills
- Excellent leadership and crew management abilities
- Solid knowledge of Mediterranean cruising grounds
- Valid and up-to-date certificates appropriate for the position
- Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to yacht operations
Responsibilities
- Safe navigation and overall command of the vessel
- Management and coordination of the crew
- Ensuring the yacht is maintained to the highest standards
- Voyage planning, budgeting, and operational oversight
- Maintaining clear communication with the owner and management
Position Details
- Salary: $6,000/month
- Leave: 60 days per year
- Start Date: beg/FEB '26
