Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Chase Boat Captain for a newly purchased 14m Chase Boat (built in 2025). The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and on vessels of similar size.
The Captain is seeking someone flexible, detail-oriented, with basic engineering skills, and willing to commit long-term. The candidate will be fully responsible for the maintenance and operation of the vessel and must demonstrate strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with the mothership and its crew.
The Chase Boat will follow the mothership and will be used for guest movements, swimming trips, and provisioning. The selected candidate will be expected to sleep onboard and, for now, will be the sole crew member assigned to the vessel. Preferably non-smoker and no visible tattoos.
Useful Additional Skills: Fishing, towing, watersports.
Salary range: €4000 DOE.
Leave: 60 days per year.
