Job Description:
We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Chef to join this +50m Private MY.
Someone ready to bring creativity, consistency, and excellence to a seasonal program. Candidate will be integral part of a tight-knit crew and expected to work with autonomy, flexibility, and professionalism. The Owner values trust, quality, and strong crew dynamics.
The ideal candidate is with a positive, hands-on, and proactive approach and strong longevity on yachts of a similar size. Strong foundation in Mediterranean cuisine (Italian preferred), capable of designing and executing menus tailored to private guests, including dietary adaptations. Skilled in provisioning, budgeting, and managing galley operations.
We're looking for someone willing to stay long-term. High standards are essential.
Yacht will be based in Italy, during the winter. Spring 2026 crossing to the Mediterranean (South of France or Italy)
Only male candidate will be considerate due to the cabin arrangement.

Non-smoker, no visible tattoos. Dry boat.
Salary range: €8.500/9.500 DOE
