Requirements: STCW, Medical Fitness Certificate, Yachtmaster Offshore, PBL2, B1/B2 Visa in hand, worldwide sailing experience. Diving qualifications beneficial.
Job Description: We are looking for an Urgent Experienced Male Deckhand for this 60m private & charter MY. The vessel operates worldwide and maintains a busy schedule, including extensive trips across the Caribbean, Pacific, and remote cruising areas. The ideal candidate has solid deck experience in yachting, is confident driving tenders (jet and sterndrive), and is capable of working autonomously. Worldwide and ocean-crossing experience is highly advantageous. Additional skills such as diving or fishing are considered a strong plus. We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and positive individual with a drama-free attitude and willingness to commit long-term. Fluent English required, fluent Spanish is a big plus.
Both male and female candidates will be considered.
Total Deck Crew: 3 (Bosun + 2 Deckhands; you act as Relief Bosun).
Cabin: Shared / mixed cabin.

Salary range: 3500€
Other: Annual 13th Month Bonus at owners' discretion. 1 return economy flight per rotation (premium economy for flights over 5 hours).
