The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a friendly, motivated Stewardess to join a supportive interior team aboard a 55M+ private yacht. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who may have little yachting experience but has a strong hospitality background. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team spirit are the most important qualities for this role.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, adaptable, and a great team player, with a willingness to take direction and learn from senior crew. Previous yachting or temp/freelance experience will be an advantage, and any prior charter experience is a definite bonus. This yacht offers a dynamic and encouraging environment where the right personality and attitude will go far.
- Required experience: 0-6 months' yachting experience, hospitality background preferred
