TCN is seeking a professional Experienced male or female Deckhand with AEC to join a beautifully maintained 30m sailing yacht entering a new ownership structure and an exciting operational schedule.

The ideal candidate will possess strong deck and watchkeeping skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively within a small, close-knit team. A minimum of 3 years’ experience on similar sailing yachts is required.

The yacht operates under an EU (Malta) flag and BV Class.

Itinerary

• Winter 2025/26: Caribbean season — St. Martin
• 
  
• Spring 2026: Palma shipyard period — major rig work and 20-year survey
• 
  
• Summer 2026: Mediterranean cruising season
• 
  
• Future: Adventure program with potential for world cruising

Requirements

• AEC — mandatory

• STCW and ENG1 (minimum 6 months validity)

• B1/B2 visa/ Schengen visa (if required)

Package

• Salary: €4,500 per month
• 
  
• Leave: 44 days per year

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA Yacht Rating Certificate

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA Approved Engine Course (AEC 1 & 2) Certificate
