CHARTER BROKER NEEDED – DUBAI/MED

A superyacht management firm based in Dubai is seeking a driven, upbeat Charter Broker with 1–2 years of experience in yacht brokerage or a similar client-focused role.
The role will suit a proactive, enthusiastic candidate with a background in yacht charter or brokerage.
Previous experience executing charters and working with MYBA agreements and Yachtfolio is highly desirable.
This position involves regular interaction with UHNW clients, so strong communication skills and a polished client-management approach are essential.
Given the energetic and versatile nature of the current team, the environment will best suit someone who thrives in a dynamic workplace.
The operation runs year-round, with winters spent in Dubai and summers in the Mediterranean.
The role offers a combination of office and remote work, with roughly half the year performed remotely.
Will be Attending yachting events such as boat shows and other high profile events
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION
- 1–2 years of experience in yacht brokerage or a similar client-focused role
- Previous experience executing charters and working with MYBA agreements and Yachtfolio is highly desirable.
- Candidates based in Dubai would be ideal, otherwise a working visa can be arranged
