HEAD HOUSEKEEPER NEEDED FOR A 75m MOTOR YACHT (Private & Charter)

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Housekeeping for a fantastic opportunity on board a 75m private/charter motor yacht.
Candidates need to be experienced, confident, polished, and calm under pressure—an individual who leads by example and takes pride in delivering flawless service and immaculate presentation at all times.
The yacht is professionally run, boasts excellent engaged owners who value professionalism and exceptional attention to detail.
Strong, long-standing crew known for loyalty and stability.
Housekeeping team of 3 and a laundry master. (Including HOH)
Ideally, the successful candidate will be able to join as soon as possible to accompany the owners on their Christmas trip (approximately 10 days) and complete a thorough handover with the current Head of Housekeeping to ensure a seamless transition into the role.
This position works closely with the Mrs, particularly in:
Wardrobe management and detailed clothing organization
Consistent cabin setup and maintenance of preferred standards
Selecting and managing preferred products
Upholding exceptionally high housekeeping standards
Training, guiding, and developing junior interior crew

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION
- STCW/ENG1
- B1/B2 visa in hand
- Must have previous experience as a HoH on a similar sized vessel
- Excellent references needed

- €6,000 monthly salary
