This position requires someone who thrives under pressure, manages stress with ease, and can remain composed and solutions-focused even during demanding periods. A good sense of humour and friendly banter are very welcome within this close, social crew culture.
The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organised, comfortable with spontaneity, and able to adapt quickly to last-minute changes in the owner's schedule. When the owner is onboard, the role can be fast-paced with long hours, so strong time-management and prioritisation skills are essential.
