Seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a prestigious 100m+ Private M/Y with a busy and dynamic program on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-run, professional operation with an excellent onboard culture and crew dynamic. The successful candidate will be hardworking, dependable, and able to integrate seamlessly into a close-knit deck team. Cruising itinerary is worldwide.
Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 12 months’ proven longevity on the same yacht (ideally 18 months), a strong work ethic, and a professional, drama-free attitude. This is a hands-on role within a high-standard deck department.
Start Date: Immediately
End Date: early February 2026
Salary: 4,000 USD per month
If turn permanent, compensation package will be:
- Rotation: 4:2
- Bonuses: Two per year (13.5-month equivalent)
- Longevity Bonus: Additional annual reward for tenure
- Unlimited training paid for including flights, accommodation, food, and transport provided
Skills & Attributes
- Minimum 12-18 months’ minimum longevity on the same yacht (ideally 18 months)
- Proven experience as a Deckhand within a structured program
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- No-drama, hardworking, and professional attitude
- Fit, motivated, and adaptable
- Ability to integrate within a mature and active deck team (ages early 20s–mid 30s)
Qualifications Required
- STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
- Valid Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
- Yacht Master (preferred but not essential)
