Summary
We are seeking a motivated and professional Bosun/Lead Deckhand with a Yacht Master Ocean certification to join a dynamic two-season charter sailing yacht that also features an exciting race program and expedition style voyages. Requirements:
- At least 1 to 2 years experience as deckhand on a similar sized yacht
- Yacht Master Offshore
- OOW is a plus
- Valid B1/B2 visa recommended
- Proven sailing experience (Perini Navi experience is a bonus)
- Familiarity with in-boom furling systems a plus
- Strong background in deck maintenance and luxury presentation standards
- Career-driven with a commitment to growth and training
- Energetic team player with a flexible, can-do attitude across all departments
- Open to Female candidates
The program offers significant sea miles and bridge/navigation watch experience with a hands-on involvement in both charter operations and competitive sailing with a dedicated training leave to support ongoing professional development. Great Captain, crew and Owner.
Start date: 1 December 2025 at the latest.
Salary: 4500 +/- Euro's DOE with a 40 day leave package.
