Summary
We are seeking a motivated Deckhand with a minimum deck rating certification to join a dynamic two-season charter sailing yacht that also features an exciting race program and expedition style voyages. This is a unique opportunity for a career-focused individual passionate about sailing, luxury service, and continuous professional development.
Requirements:
- At least 1 season experience as deckhand on a similar sized yacht
- Valid B1/B2 visa recommended
- Proven sailing experience; Perini Navi experience highly desirable
- Familiarity with in-boom furling systems a plus
- A passion for deck maintenance and the highest standards for luxury presentation
- Career-driven with a commitment to growth and training
- Energetic team player with a flexible, can-do attitude across all departments
- Open to Female candidates
The program offers significant sea miles and bridge/navigation watch experience with a hands-on involvement in both charter operations and competitive sailing with a dedicated training leave to support ongoing professional development. Great Captain, crew and Owner.
Start Date: 1 December 2025 at the latest.
Salary: 3600 Euros DOE with a 40 days paid leave.
