BOSUN 60M+ MY:
We are currently looking for a Bosun to join a busy dual-season charter program. The vessel cruises the Med and Caribbean with a busy charter schedule and light boss usage. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a supportive, family-style crew with genuinely outstanding owners, who care about the vessel and crew.
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience, ideally with experience in a similar role
- Open to Senior/Lead Deckhands looking to step up
- Yachtmaster Offshore - essential
- Strong leadership skills
- Previous charter experience
- Capable and confident at driving large tenders
- Additional skills, such as PT, Videography, fishing, water sports instructing and diving will be advantageous
- B1/B2 visa in hand - essential
Package:
- Salary: DOE + an equal share of charter tips
- Leave: 73 days per year (4:1 rotation)
- Bonus: 13th month (based on longevity)
- Training scheme
- Flights: 2 x return flights per year
