DECKHAND - 90M MY:
We are looking for an experienced Deckhand to join a 90m private motor yacht with occasional light charter use. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-standing, professional crew with owners who treat their team like family.
The program encourages a healthy work–life balance onboard, and they are seeking crew who value health, fitness, and an active lifestyle, while also being social and contributing to a positive, inclusive crew culture.
The vessel will cruise the Caribbean and US over the coming months, before heading to La Ciotat for a 10-year maintenance period during the summer, and will return to the Caribbean for the winter season.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Deckhand on similar-sized vessels
- B1/B2 visa required
- Yachtmaster or Yacht Rating certification – bonus, not essential
- Kitesurfing skills highly desirable – owners are active kiters
- Other watersports (diving, etc.) and a trade background are strong advantages
- Open to male and female candidates
Package:
- Leave: 3:1 rotation
- Salary: DOE
- Training allowance provided
Start Date: Early December (around the 4th – some flexibility)
