- STCW + Refresher
- ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for min. 6 months) - physically fit
- Passport (valid min. 1 year)
- Good communicator
- Strong organizational skills
- Solid References
- Able to take directions and be mentored
- Hard worker, takes responsibilities serious and takes pride in their work.
- Easy going personality. Fun to be around.

Background check and drug testing may apply.
Job Specifics: Hands on interior, good communicator.
- Vessel is private only with mix of family trips and friend trips. Family trips are relaxed and focused on water sports and exploring. Friends trips are extremely busy with full boat of guests and crew.
- Family trips will usually be 8-ish people.
Salary range: Medical coverage, flights to and from the vessel, to be finalized during interview process.
