Summary
We are currently looking for a rotational Head Chef to join a 65m Charter/private Motor Yacht.
Willing to wait for the right candidate, Vessel is set on finding the perfect fit.
Vessel has just come off a Busy Med season, currently gearing up for a Caribbean season.
Start date: 20 Jan 2025
Experience: Must be confident in all aspects of being a Head Chef on a busy charter boat.
Must work well under pressure.
Must be able to guide a sous chef.
Be proficient with provisioning.
Forward thinking.
Able to think on your feet.
Trained restaurant chefs with certificates preferred.
Itinerary: Standard Caribbean/Med seasons.
Visas: B1/B2 or American Citizen required.
Certificates: STCW, ENG1 or equivalent, Food hygiene level 3, ships cook certificate.
Boat: 65m Charter/private Yacht
Package: Doe to be discussed with Captain, Industry standard.
Full rotation.
Health insurance.
Flights.
