Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled 1st Engineer to join a prestigious 120m+ private motor yacht.
The vessel is professionally managed and offers a stable, rotational position with excellent working conditions and a strong multinational crew on board.
Position Details:
- Rotation: Permanent rotation – 10 weeks on / 10 weeks off
- Probation Period: 90 days
- Location: Currently based in Spain
- Start Date: 5th December (available from 1st December for handover)
- Contract: MLC compliant, including medical insurance and flights provided
Requirements:
- Valid STCW A-III/2 Chief Engineer CoC
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as 1st Engineer on 100m+ yachts or with a solid commercial background
- MTU 1163 and MTU 12V 4000 experience strongly preferred
- Excellent technical knowledge, proactive work ethic, and strong communication skills
