Summary
We are currently looking for a Rotational Chief Engineer to join a busy 51m dual-season charter yacht, with an excellent reputation and well-established program.
The yacht has busy Mediterranean charter season, followed by a winter program in the Middle East with booked charters.
This is a rotational position offering a structured schedule and the opportunity to work within a professional and dynamic team.
The successful candidate must hold a Chief Engineer Unlimited or RIII/2 Y2 Chief Engineer (<3000gt <3000kW), and have solid previous experience as Chief Engineer on similar-sized charter yachts.
A strong engineering background, excellent maintenance planning, and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure are essential.
AV/IT experience will be a huge plus.
Familiarity with guest operations and a good working relationship with other heads of department are key for this role.
Charter experience is a must.
Start date: Immediate
Rotation: 8-10 weeks on/off
