We are currently looking for an experienced and mature Head Chef to join this amazing explorer style vessel. This vessel travels world wide and many times off the beaten track so someone highly organised, and capable of managing orders and planning provisioning several months in advance. We are looking for someone adaptable, proactive, and eager to contribute new ideas to enhance efficiency and smooth operations onboard. Prior experience as Head Chef on yachts of 70m or larger is essential. We will be asking for sample menus and strong references.
