Silver Swan is currently assisting a lovely family based in Geneva to find an experienced live-out Nanny to support them following the birth of their second child due on Mid- January 2026. This is a short-term position for approximately 3–4 months, providing essential postnatal support and newborn care during the early stages.
The family also has a 3-year-old boy who attends nursery full-time and is cared for by an existing live-in nanny. The Live-Out Nanny will therefore focus solely on the newborn, ensuring a calm and nurturing environment while supporting the mother’s recovery and routine establishment.
The role is live-out, so applicants must already be based in Geneva or within easy daily commuting distance, as no accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities
- Provide day or night support for up to 12 hours per day, depending on the family’s schedule
- Assist with all aspects of newborn care including feeding, changing nappies, etc.
- Advise and assist with bottle preparation and sterilisation
- Maintain a clean and organised nursery environment
- Ensure a calm, professional, and nurturing presence in the home
- Work collaboratively with the live-in nanny and wider household team
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced Nanny with newborn experience
- Gentle, discreet, and supportive in approach
- Flexible with day or night shifts as required
- Fluent in English; French an advantage
- Already resident in or near Geneva (live-out only)
Package:
- Working schedule: 5-6 times per week either night or day shift 9-9
- Duration: Approximately 3–4 months from mid-January
- No accommodation provided – live-out role only
- Start Date: Mid-January 2026
- Salary: CHF 4,500 - 5,000 Net per Month
