Silver Swan Recruitment is seeking a Chalet Couple to work for a high-profile returning client in Klosters, Switzerland, this winter season. This stunning, privately-owned chalet is also rented out to UHNW guests, and we are looking for an experienced couple to manage its operations and provide exceptional service
Starting in December 2025, this seasonal role will run through April 2026. The couple will be responsible for the smooth running of the chalet, providing luxury experiences to both the family and their guests.
Please note: Candidates must hold an EU passport or the right to work in Switzerland prior to applying as, unfortunately, we do not offer visa sponsorship. If you do not hold an EU passport or the right to work in Switzerland upon applying, your application will NOT be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the chalet
- Preparing fresh, healthy meals for the family and guests
- Creating fine dining experiences for formal events
- Providing housekeeping and service for the family and guests
- Driving family and guests to and from the slopes
- Ensuring all guests experience the highest level of hospitality
Ideal Candidate:
- Must hold an EU passport or have the right to work in Switzerland (no visa sponsorship available)
- Must be self employed
- Previous chalet couple experience in a luxury setting
- Chef with formal culinary training and a passion for both fine dining and healthy, wholesome food
- A Host experienced in housekeeping, service, and coordination with the Chef
- Friendly, down-to-earth, and adaptable to guests’ preferences
- Confident driver, comfortable navigating snowy conditions
Package:
- Live-in accommodation: one-bedroom studio within the chalet
- Ski pass and meals on shift provided
