Summary
We are looking for a skilled Deckhand/Mate to join a 34m motor yacht based in Italy, operating in the Mediterranean Sea. This permanent position requires a candidate with a minimum Yachtmaster Offshore license and an AEC1 license to meet manning requirements. The role involves independently managing the deck department, adhering to basic ISM protocols, and maintaining accurate paper charts. The ideal candidate will have completed at least one summer and winter season as a Mate, showcasing experience in tender driving and winter maintenance. A strong work ethic, grounded demeanor, and a good sense of humor are essential for success in this position. All certifications must be current, and preference will be given to applicants based in Europe and the UK.
