Summary
We are looking for a professional and skilled Deckhand/Mate to join a 34m motor yacht based in Italy, operating in the Mediterranean Sea.
This permanent position requires a candidate with a minimum Yachtmaster Offshore license and preferably the AEC1 license to meet manning requirements.
The role involves independently managing the deck department, adhering to basic ISM protocols, and maintaining accurate paper charts.
The ideal candidate will have completed at least one season as a Mate or equivalent, showcasing experience in tender driving and winter maintenance.
A strong work ethic, grounded demeanor, and a good sense of humor are essential.
All certifications must be current, and preference will be given to applicants based in Europe and the UK. This is an opportunity to contribute to a dedicated crew and ensure the smooth operation of the yacht throughout the season.
