Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive/Head Chef to lead the culinary team aboard an 85m motor yacht with a rotational work schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, and presentation, ensuring that all culinary offerings meet high standards of quality and creativity. You will manage a team of chefs and galley staff, oversee inventory and supplier relations, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in high-end culinary settings, preferably in the yachting and hospitality industry, along with strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and adaptability to work in diverse environments will be essential for success in this role.
Modern style of Asian/Middle Eastern cooking and experience in Australia and NZ casual fine dining is a plus.
