We are seeking a dedicated Sous/2nd Chef to join the culinary team aboard an 85m vessel based in Malta. The successful candidate will assist the Head Chef in preparing high-quality meals for a discerning clientele, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards. Responsibilities include menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining a well-organized kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong culinary skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team of 24 crew members.
