Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bosun to join the team on a 63m motor yacht operating on 73 days, 4:1 rotational roster.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising deck operations, managing deckhands, and ensuring the maintenance and cleanliness of all exterior areas of the vessel.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, maturity, accountability and a proven track record in a similar role on a large motor yacht. This is a busy charter program thus charter experience is essential.
Large tender driving ability is essential along with good product knowledge.
Yachtmaster offshore is required as a minimum along with all other required STCW, ENG1, PDSD certification.
Any additional skills such as personal training, videography, fishing, water-sports instructing and diving are beneficial.
