Seeking an experienced Tender Captain for a temporary position operating a 56’ Nor-Tech Chase Boat. The role involves safe, professional operation for guest transfers, beach runs, and logistics throughout the Caribbean.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the Nor-Tech 560 Sport to the highest standard.
- Deliver seamless, guest-focused service on and off the water.
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety checks.
- Coordinate closely with deck and bridge teams.
Requirements:
- Strong boat-handling and navigation skills in shallow waters.
- Mechanically minded and self-sufficient.
- Professional, discreet, and guest-oriented.
- Willing to live aboard during assignment.
