Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned and proactive Captain to take command of a 55m private MY. The Owner is seeking a professional with a strong balance of leadership, technical knowledge, and the right personality fit. The ideal candidate is approachable, calm under pressure, and maintains a professional yet easygoing demeanor. Someone who can manage the yacht efficiently while naturally aligning with the Owner’s relaxed approach.
This is a non-rotational, full-time position. The Owner values stability and consistency, therefore a long-term commitment and year-round presence onboard are required. The Captain will be fully responsible for the vessel, crew, and all operational aspects.
