Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced Chief Officer for this 50m Private New Build MY. Min 2 years as OOW required. Chief Mate 3000GT preferred. New build or Refit periods experience are a big plus.
Boat is currently in Turkey and will be delivered early 2026, single season in the Mediterranean, winter in Italy.
Vessel is built to commercial standards but will be run as Private for owners use.
The vessel is part of a small fleet and will travel with a 28m shadow vessel + a 12.5m chase vessel. (And other vessels which we will not normally travel with)
Candidate must be professional, hands on and active, knowledge of Mini ISM. Navigation/Watch keeping and PMS are key, (Paperless bridge)
The candidate will be in charge of training all crew onboard and ensuring that safe working practices are met.
Candidate must be confident with large tender and water jet tender driving.
Fluent English is a must. Basic Italian is a plus
Non-smokers. No visible tattoos
Crew: Total 8 (3 Deck department)
Other: Male candidates only due to cabin arrangement.
Salary range: DOE + Standard SEA
