Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced Chief Stewardess for this 50m Private New Build MY. Min 2 years experience on similar sized vessels. New build or refit experience are a big plus.
Boat is currently in Turkey and will be delivered early 2026, single season in the Mediterranean, winter in Italy.
Vessel is built to commercial standards but will be run as Private for owners use.
The vessel is part of a small fleet and will travel with a 28m shadow vessel + a 12.5m chase vessel. (And other vessels which we will not normally travel with)
Candidate bust be professional, well organised and demonstrate good leadership skills.
The candidate will be expected to manage all areas of the interior department and lease with the owners private chef when required.
3 month trial period candidate will work 2-4 weeks at owners winter villa to join his permanent team to give the candidate the opportunity get to know the owner and his family and vice versa.
Fluent English is a must. Basic Italian is a plus
Non-smokers. No visible tattoos
Crew: Total 8 (3 Interior department)
Other: Female candidates only due to cabin arrangement.
Salary range: DOE + Standard SEA
