Summary
Charter Management & Office Coordinator
Antibes, France – Start date January 2026
212 Yachts is a boutique luxury yacht brokerage based in Antibes on the French Riviera, representing a curated fleet of yachts and trusted by high-profile clients and owners worldwide. We’re proud to combine genuine care, local expertise, and professional MYBA standards to deliver exceptional charter experiences across the Mediterranean and beyond.
We’re now looking for a Charter Management & Office Coordinator: someone organised, professional, and proactive, who can support and grow the charter management side of our business while keeping the office running smoothly.
About the Role
This is a varied position, ideal for someone who enjoys both relationship management and operational structure. You’ll be responsible for assisting with (and, in time, leading) the coordination of our charter management portfolio; working closely with yacht owners, captains, and our internal brokerage team. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, from data updates to process organisation and training support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage the administration of charter-managed yachts (CA fleet)
- Communicate with owners, captains, and brokers to ensure efficient coordination of bookings and availability
- Prepare and update yacht marketing materials and communications with the global brokerage network
- Assist with contract administration and compliance (MYBA charter agreements, KYC, etc.)
- Oversee and maintain office systems and data quality
- Support onboarding and coordination of seasonal staff or interns
- Provide occasional assistance to retail charter brokers with proposals or follow-ups during busy periods
About You
We are looking for a Charter Management and Office Coordinator who is:
- Organized, articulate, and confident working across multiple priorities
- Strong written and spoken English (French a strong advantage, but not a requirement)
- Professional, warm communicator with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Comfortable liaising with yacht owners and captains, and confident in negotiations
- Proficient with email, Excel, and office systems
- Ideally 1–3 years’ experience in yachting, or perhaps luxury travel, or client services – but motivated and quick learners will also be considered
- Must have an EU passport or existing rights to work within the European Union
Why Join 212 Yachts
- Be part of a respected MYBA-member brokerage with genuine industry reputation
- Work directly with the company founder and learn the full business from the inside
- Opportunity to grow into a senior Charter Manager role or other commercial areas
- Base salary depending on experience, with strong commission potential once value is proven
- Friendly, dynamic office in Antibes with occasional work from home flexibility once settled
