212 Yachts is a boutique yacht brokerage based in Antibes, trusted by discerning clients worldwide to deliver luxury charter experiences with personal care and professionalism. As a MYBA member, we work daily with the world’s leading charter yachts and brokers; from week-long Mediterranean escapes to the most exclusive global charters.
We’re now seeking a Yacht Charter Broker to join our small, dynamic team. This role suits someone ambitious and commercially minded, who enjoys building relationships but also thrives on achieving measurable results.
About the Role
You’ll manage inbound and returning client enquiries, matching clients with yachts, preparing professional proposals, and guiding each booking from enquiry through to contract and beyond. 212 Yachts offers a rare advantage: a consistent flow of qualified leads from our high-performing website; but it’s up to you to convert them.
You’ll need to be proactive, fast-moving, and results-focused. This is a sales role, and success will be measured by the quality of your communication and the contracts you close.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming charter enquiries and qualify client requirements quickly and accurately
- Research, prepare, and send tailored yacht proposals with clear follow-up strategies
- Negotiate and close charters in coordination with owners, captains, and central agents
- Maintain client data and deal progress within internal systems
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Proactively make regular outbound phone calls to clients, warm leads, and past enquiries; maintaining strong personal communication to convert opportunities and build long-term relationships
- Contribute to smooth team operations, assisting in key office or marketing tasks during quieter periods
About You
- Confident communicator in English (French a strong advantage, but not a requirement)
- Highly motivated to meet and exceed targets
- Professional, client-focused, and able to manage time effectively
- Ideally 1–3 years’ experience in yacht brokerage, luxury travel sales, or client services
- you know how to sell, and how to succeed in a business and office setting
- Independent thinker with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other common systems
- Must have an EU passport or existing rights to work within the European Union
