Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bosun to join a prestigious 100m+ private motor yacht.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a career-minded deck leader who thrives in a structured, professional programme and enjoys managing large teams on a busy, world-travelling vessel.
As Bosun, you will oversee a large and dynamic deck department consisting of 10 Deckhands, supported by several rotational and specialist deck crew. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone confident managing large-scale operations, maintaining high maintenance standards, and coordinating a busy tender and watersports program.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced Bosun with a solid background on 100m+ vessels
- Proven longevity within a previous programme
- Strong knowledge of deck maintenance, operations, and large tender handling
- Approachable leader with excellent communication and team management skills
- Career Bosun who wants to stay in the position long-term
- Holds a valid B1/B2 visa
Start Date: 1st week of January (joining in the Caribbean)
Rotation: 2:2 (8 weeks on / 8 weeks off)
