We are seeking a strong, competent all-round Deckhand to join a 75m private and charter MY
They have completed a extremely busy Mediterranean charter season and are undergoing their 10-year survey
Looking ahead, the yacht will operate a world tour, visiting destinations including the Caribbean, USA, and the Pacific while continuing with charters.
The Role & Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a dedicated, long-term deckhand with the following attributes:
- YMO certificate preferred
- Minimum 1 years professional deck experience
- Strong shipyard and product knowledge
- Excellent tender driving skills on larger vessels
- Schengen visa required if non-EU
Package
- Salary: €3,000–€3,500 DOE
- Leave: 60 days
- Charter tips split equally
- Full medical & flights included
- Training scheme available over 1 year
