Head Chef is required to cook for guests, 4 persons on board a yacht.
Starting asap and latest by 09/11/2025.
Michelin Star Experience is desired, not mandatory. Mandatory is experience from high rated Hotels and restaurants.
With extensive knowledge of food ingredients, nutritional value, special diets, vegan/vegetarian cooking, food allergies.
Menu planning of meals including desert and pastry and wine pairings.
Variety of meals and deserts preparation.
Specialty, European cuisine preparation.
Creative plate presentation.
Inventory and provisioning of all food items.
Victualing and Cost control, Budgeting.
Implementation of highest standards for food safety and storage.
When the guests are not on board, the Head Chef may be required to act as Crew Chef during the Crew Chef’s vacation together with the Assistant Cook. Nr of crew 34 + contractors.
With valid STCW documents.
The rotation is 3 on / 1 off. Salary TBA.
